Italian Minimalist Pasta


Italian Minimalist Pasta


1 cup olive oil
1 box of gluten free pasta (I prefer Barilla found in any major grocery store)
6-8 qts of water
~8tsp of garlic salt
~2 tsp of black pepper


1. Fill a large pot with water, and set on high heat to bring water to a boil.
2. Once water is boiling, add box of pasta to water, stirring occasionally and bringing back to a boil for around 8 minutes or until pasta is as desired.
3. Drain pasta and turn off heat. While pasta is in strainer, add 1 cup of olive oil to the pot still on hot burner, add garlic salt and pepper. Stir until the salt starts to crackle, remove from heat. Return pasta to pot.
4. Stir pasta and oil mixture together. Serve.
